Dr. Howard J. Axelrod is President and founder of Energy Strategies, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience and provides a multi-disciplinary approach to each consulting engagement.  Dr. Axelrod received his PhD in Managerial Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA in Marketing from the State University of New York and BSEE & MSEE degrees in Power Systems from Northeastern University.  He is a Professional Engineer (retired) and Senior Member of IEEE. Dr. Axelrod is an author of numerous papers and journals, and a frequent speaker at professional conferences.  He was also an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Russell Sage College.
